Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Data Protection Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of the Balikeys platform (“Platform”) by users (“User”) and sets out the terms, conditions, and rules regarding the processing and protection of personal data.

By registering on the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth herein.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Platform: The Balikeys website, applications, and all digital services

  • User: Any individual or legal entity registered on the Platform

  • Listing: Any property offered for sale, rent, investment, or commercial purposes

  • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Balikeys is a digital intermediary platform that enables:

  • Publishing property listings,

  • Connecting users with listing owners,

  • Providing informational and referral services.

Balikeys:

  • Is not a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant,

  • Does not act as a real estate agent or legal representative,

  • Is not responsible for agreements made between users.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

The User agrees that:

  • All provided information is accurate, lawful, and up to date,

  • They have the legal right to publish any listing they submit,

  • They will not use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes,

  • They comply with all applicable local and international laws.

Balikeys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if violations occur.

4. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Balikeys may collect the following data:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • IP address

  • Device and browser information

  • Platform usage and listing activity

Data is collected for:

  • Account creation and management,

  • Service delivery,

  • Communication,

  • Security and fraud prevention.

5. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Personal data may be used:

  • To comply with legal obligations,

  • Upon request of authorized public authorities,

  • For legal defense and dispute resolution,

  • To prevent fraud and security threats.

Balikeys does not sell or commercially share personal data with third parties without user consent.

6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

  • Data is stored on secure servers,

  • Technical and administrative safeguards are applied,

  • Data is retained for legally required periods.

Certain data may be retained after account deletion if required by law.

7. COOKIES

Balikeys uses cookies to enhance user experience and service performance.
Users may manage cookie preferences through their browser settings.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Designs

  • Software

  • Text and visuals

are owned by or licensed to Balikeys and may not be used without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Balikeys:

  • Does not guarantee the accuracy of listings,

  • Is not responsible for transactions between users,

  • Is not liable for service interruptions or technical issues.

Users acknowledge that all interactions are at their own risk.

10. AMENDMENTS

Balikeys reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by:

  • The laws of the Republic of Indonesia,

  • International data protection principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

12. ACCEPTANCE AND EFFECTIVE DATE

By registering on the Platform, the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement in full.
